Owner's Bios

Chad W. Gano has been an Akron native for 15 years,  growing up only miles away from the iconic Anthe’s.  Chad moved to Akron in 1989 to attend the University Of Akron.  After earning his bachelor’s degree, Chad quickly began his career in Marketing.  Chad  built several successful businesses over the next several years before finding his true passion, Fine Automobiles.  Chad quickly bought a small Akron dealership, Thomas Classics.  Over the past 10 years, Thomas Classics has carved a name into the national car market.  Thomas Classics has grown business by over 500% and doubled floor space, becoming one of the most respected dealers in the country.  Chad has built his brand through innovative marketing ideas and exceptional customer service.  Chad has travelled extensively the past several years and has always had an affinity for fine dining.  It is our hope that we can recreate some of the best experiences from restaurants all around the world.  Bringing exciting food and ambience to Akron is our goal.  Prime will always continue to strive for excellence in service as well as offering interesting events, shows, menus, wines and ambience.

John G. Bahas II has been a popular local restaurateur for over 15 years.  He is the owner of the regionally favorite Waterloo Restaurant and Catering.  From serving Rock Stars to the White House, John has learned how to make menus that create the perfect event for his clients.
